Domaine Ste Michelle Champagne Mushrooms

Jump to Recipe

These mushrooms come together quick and easy and add a delicious punch to whatever dish you serve them with. I originally made them as a filling for my savory crepe bar, but you can serve these in all kinds of dishes and be creative!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 ½ cups cremini mushrooms, sliced thin
  • ½ cup champagne

Instructions

  1. In a medium sauté pan over medium/high heat add olive oil and mushrooms, sauté for about 5 minutes or until slightly caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  2. Pour champagne into the sauté pan and reduce for about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and serve.

Notes

I really like Chateau Ste Michelle’s Domaine Ste Michelle, it’s made in Woodinville, WA and is a great local “champagne”.  You can of course use any Champagne you’d like!
